AEO
Since September 16, 2020, HARDY has the status of Authorized Economic Operator. This status enables companies throughout the European Union to obtain authorizations for customs procedures with economic significance and other simplified procedures in a simple procedure without the need for further extensive checks. In this respect, the application of uniform standards in granting the status throughout the European Union is of great importance.
The granting of this status is linked to extensive conditions regarding reliability, solvency, previous compliance with the relevant legal regulations and, if applicable, the fulfilment of certain security standards.
